Her passions are gardening, parties, shopping, social graces and everything Victorian.

Because of her training she gives classes in Tea Etiquette, manners (even to children), and all things Victorian.
A class I found especially interesting was the lavender class - you learn to make linen spray, bath salts and sachet.

Jayne says, "I own a 6 acre farm where I raise heritage breeds
of sheep and chickens. I use my free-range chickens eggs in all the baking I do
for the teahouse where I make goodies with edible flowers and herbs that I serve
with tea. I like sharing the things I've grown with the people who come to tea.
It's wonderful to have a place where people can slow down from their busy lives
to sit and savor the day."
