FAQ about Grandma

Are you real or a made up character?
I assure you I'm a real person. Rae is my real name. This site represents who I am and my talents.

Do you really make this stuff?
YES! All sewing work is done by me. I enjoy sewing, both hand and machine sewing. I am a busy bee! Tour my Sewing Room

I was wondering... I own a Tea Shop. May I purchase wholesale from you?
No. I do not sell wholesale;  If you would like to purchase products for your shop, my pricing is reasonable

Why don't you have a Shopping Cart?
Actually it's a long boring story. Mostly it's because I LIKE the Old Fashioned Way of doing business and talking to my customers. The good news is - I accept credit cards or checks.

Where is your store?
I do not have a "Bricks & Mortar" store. I am online ONLY.

Do you have a catalog?
No. My website is my catalog. The best way to see ALL of my products is to grab a cup of tea and browse.

How long have you been in business?
I was in business long before I was online. My sewing business began in 2002. My online store began in 2007.

TEAtitudes a division of GrandmaRae.com offering Faith/Friendship Tea Note Cards & Tea Party Fun Jewelry.
GrandmaRaeRescueTeapots also a division born out of my love of Tea.

Mission statement:
Every company or organization has a mission statement; it's the WHY of what they do whenever they do it.
Here's mine:

Because I am aware of all the talents the Lord has given me and because I am grateful of all the blessings the Lord has bestowed on me, my desire in having/running this business is to treat others the way the Lord has treated me; in that I respect their requests, provide kind and courteous service and send them a product that reflects a level of excellence given to me by the Lord. The Bible teaches me Do all things as unto the Lord. (Colossians 3:23)
